BBC Countryfile Magazine is running a competition in which you can win a weekend break in Cornwall.

The prize consists of a weekend stay in an Ocean Blue apartment, the Doyden Suite, in Treyarnon Bay.

The Doyden Suite is a luxury apartment which can sleep up to 4 people. It has a master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with bunk beds, and both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The apartment is contemporary in style and features a spiral staircase. The living room offers countryside views and is equipped with a flat screen TV and a DVD player, and the kitchen includes an oven, a hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge-freezer and a washer-dryer.

Treyarnon Bay is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and has a beach and a natural rock swimming pool. Its close to the town of Padstow, a fishing port now famous for being the home of four restaurants belonging to Rick Stein: The Seafood Restaurant, St. Petroc’s Bistro, Stein’s Fish & Chips and Rick Stein’s Cafe. Rick Stein also has a deli, a patisserie and a gift shop in Padstow, and a pub (The Cornish Arms) just outside of the town.

Padstow also has many other attractions and is only a 35 minute drive from The Eden Project, one of the most popular tourist attractions in Cornwall.

The Treyarnon Bay area is perfect for anyone who enjoys walking, cycling, surfing or horseriding, or simply relaxing and admiring beautiful scenery.
