Great blog!!!!
I live in London and travel across Europe frequently using the trains. Not only is it better for the environment than travelling by planes or cars, it adds a great sense of adventure.

As a train enthusiast I always use www.raileurope.co.uk, as it offers the most extensive range of train tickets throughout Europe, and you can plan your journey starting here in England.

Thanks,
Steve

If you are interested in overland travel you should have a look at Barbara Haddrill's blog, babs2brisbane. Not wanting to compromise her environmental principals Babs went over land from Wales to Australia to be a bridesmaid at her best friends wedding.

The blog and book chronicals how she did it and is a hive of information and debate on low carbon travel.
Check out www.babs2brisbane.com
Thanks!
